Meeting with the Client to develop and define the brief.
Produce the various scheme design layout drawings.
Produce a competitive quotation with each item of equipemnt listed with the drawing and installation cost.
Produce mechanical and electrical services drawings.
Produce elevation drawings.
Attend site meetings and liase with all other contractors thoughout the duration of the project.
Equipment installation by qualified engineers.
Submit risk assessments, method statements and insurances.
Supply operating and maintenance manuals for each item of equipment.
Handover to Client on completion.
